Spatialized events of scalar ordered severity: storms of severity 1, 2, 3, and 4, for example. An agent prepared for a storm of grade 3 is prepared for lower grades as well, but is still open to damage if hit with a storm of grade 4. An agent prepared for a storm of grade 3 that is only hit with a 1 has wasted efforts required for levels 2 and 3.
